This is my version of Fire Cider, the ultimate natural immunity booster, made with organic fresh ingredients.
Fire Cider, which was originally developed by Rosemary Gladstar, is a vinegar infusion of herbs, vegetables, fruit and spices that is beneficial to the circulatory and immune systems. This is a great tonic to keep around during the colder months. Ingredients are infused in apple cider vinegar for 6 weeks and are then strained out, and the infusion is blended with raw honey.
Shake well before use.
This batch is super concentrated so a little bit goes a long way. Take half a shot undiluted 3-4 times a day when you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms or just half a shot per day for prevention/immunity boosting.
It is also a yummy dressing for your salads and stirfries.
Store in a cool place for up to 1 year, or if you prefer, in the fridge.
