Step into a cup of warm, earthy magic. Our Adaptogenic Chai is a soothing, warming blend where old-world Indian spices meet Mediterranean botanicals and medicinal mushrooms crafted for those who cherish ritual, balance, and quiet moments of grounding.
Each spoonful carries the goodness of cinnamon, ginger, clove, rose petals, reishi, chaga, carob, star anise, ashwagandha, melissa, rose pepper, cardamom, and nutmeg—a spell of warming spice, soft florals, and adaptogenic earthiness.
Adaptogens are considered the plants that help the body deal with stress by working on strengthening and adapting our basic ability to deal with physiological, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual stressors; we become more resilient to stress so that we can deal with it better. We have included three adaptogens in our formula, namely reishi, chaga and ashwaganda.
Traditional masala chai is usually quite hot in nature energetically, so we have balanced it a little by adding rose petals and melissa leaves, which are cooling to the body, creating thus a more mild warming beverage. We added local carob powder for all the benefits such as magnesium and antioxidants, but also for the natural sweetness it brings.
How to Enjoy
Simmer 1 tsp in 1 cup of water or milk for 1 minute, then let it steep for 5 minutes.
Strain, add sweetness if you wish and enjoy while warm.
Not suitable for children or during pregnancy.
Store in a cool, dry place.
